Yes it is, the raw used for this release is a better capture.
Let me break this down for you.
LQ = Low quality, due to bad captures of said episode’s first airing.
MQ/xvid_mp3 = Standard release like any other xvid out there, decent if not the best quality capture. This will be the final version of said episode in xvid.
HQ/x264_aac = Highest quality video we could find compressed with great codecs. Likely the best version you’ll get from us.
“Why did you release a low quality, why not wait for better quality raws?” It was just to get the episode out for those who were so eager.

hm.. thanks for breaking down the quality issue. since i don’t have the codec for the x264 version, i guess the MQ will be the best for me. thanks for making this direct download as well. i don’t have bittorent or anything like that and wouldn’t know how to use it anyway. keep up your awesome work.
erm, HQ/x264_aac, the codex needed is what??? cause i hv no idea if i had downloaded this codec. And will the HQ/x264_aac be in avi format???
The HQ release will be most likely be in a .mp4(mpeg-4) container.
As for the codec you need to play the video, there are several ones out there. You can use FFDShow, CoreAVC or even Nero Digital. VLC is also another option if you don’t want to mess around with your codecs.

If, i download the CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack) will i be able to play the HQ/x264_aac or the .mp4(mpeg-4) container???
Juse use CCCP , and maybe CoreAVC if you have a slow PC..

This is currently unknown as we are waiting for a suitable raw for an HQ release.
erm, as long as i can play any file with mpeg4 means i can also play the upcoming nanoha strikers??? i downloaded the 5cm preview to test if i can play this file, n it works..

Well being able to open the container is one part, you still need to be able to play what’s in it. How about you just wait untill we release it, if you’re experiencing any problem with the release. You can ask for support on our message boards.

I was wondering if we wanted to post these vids on a site like http://www.veoh.com do we need to ask you? cause I’ve uploaded ep 1-3 on veoh.com and they deleted it cause some copyright thing, but i’ve downloaded the episodes from http://www.fansub.tv but its subbed from you. I was wondering if its ok if i can upload them from 1-15. cause i want to upload all eps so the fans on veoh can enjoy them. thank for ya time!
