Geneon’s not doing *anything* concrete with their properties, much less looking to sell rights; subtitling work proceeds on both Nanoha series, but if anything will come of it in the near future, we won’t know.

They aren’t selling off something they’re still paying for subbing on, right?

On the other hand, they’re “looking into” distribution options. Which means absolutely nothing, because we all know what “looking into” usually ends up meaning (i.e. absolutely nothing) in corporate circles.

I’m not holding out too much hope. They’ve left a lot of properties hanging in a very abrupt move that usually signals an entertainment company’s immediate death, and until they start actually pressing/selling DVDs again, I won’t believe they’re anything more than a corporate entity in name only.

well, seeing as season 3 isn’t liscenced and probably won’t be, seeing as how Geneon is sitting on 1&2 and is now looking for a buyer for those rights, I don’t see any C&Ds coming anytime soon
