Where we're headed... (+ Recruiting)

I'm glad to see the amount of support which we still have even after all the tough times.

Here's the deal, we will sub something next season (meaning the start of the new year). There are a couple problems which I need to address at this current point of time.

1. We have a serious lack of staff. I am officially taking recruit offers for any position (including QC). If you wish to be a part of Yesy for the next season, you can apply for recruit by sending a PM. (If you send me a PM over IRC it's most likely that I will not get it as I'm undergoing a network restructure.)

Recruit applications must include the following:

Past experience
Skill set
Position for which you wish to apply
Time zone + Location + Amount of time free for fansubbing
Why you want to sub anime (keep in mind that subbing is sometimes a very time intensive process)

Just because you do not have any prior fansubbing experience does not mean you will not be accepted. (We most likely will be "hiring" many.)

2. We still do have a translator, King Arthur. And I do know enough Japanese to roughly translate any series without too much complex language. In that case, the series which we choose, may or may not have a limited level of fanservice. Putting this into perspective, we will only sub past series if/when we have the time to do so, that is after we finish our obligations for next season.

Lastly, I have compiled a list of interesting series. I have read the story on kashimashii and think it sounds decently interesting. (But as far as fansubbing goes, who knows...)

Tactical Roar would be a good one for Yesy to come back with. No one is subbing it and it is a good series. Nice mixture of Action & Fan-Service . . . .

As you may have noticed another season is coming and well this time yesy is expanding its wings for more staff. All staff types are available including distro.
